I would like to make it clear that I left New Haven 2.5 hours later than my scheduled time. At 9:02pm the Bolt Bus number 2090 I believe arrived to New Haven, allowed me on the bus, and left New Haven as scheduled at 9:30pm. There was no bus to pick me up at New Haven between 8:40 and 9:00pm. They told me the bus was delayed by two hours, it would pick me up at new haven and head to Boston now at 9:00pm and that they had sent me an email. They told me they could not track the bus. I was unable to track the location of the bus online via greyhound or bolt. The bus did not arrive to New Haven to pick me up at 7:00pm. This bus trip was booked through greyhound on a Bolt Bus. I am requesting a refund for my trip from New Haven to Boston (South Station) on that was scheduled to depart New Haven at 7:00pm. Hopefully this might be helpful for future passengers! At Union Station there is a separate lot for Greyhound–BoltBus does not pick up in this lot, they still pick up at the curb outside. Your "BoltBus" may actually be a Greyhound bus (Greyhound owns BoltBus). The BoltBus app has a bus tracker (mine wasn't working but a fellow waiting passenger was able to use). My bus was scheduled to leave at 6:45 but it did not show up until 8:15. This route actually starts in NYC and New Haven is an intermediate stop between NYC & BOS, so departure time is not set in stone–it is dependent on NYC traffic. The bus picks up at the curb in front of the parking garage (when walking out of the terminal, it is to the right on Union Ave.) Some important things to know about this stop that they don't say on the BoltBus site or with your ticket, or on the phone with customer service (if you've used BoltBus before you may already know some of this): Writing this as there does not seem to be much existing information on this stop, and I'd hope to save others some of the confusion that I went through. Union Station is apparently a new stop for them. View information for the Union Station shuttle and New Haven Connector Downtown Loop.I recently used BoltBus for a trip from New Haven to Boston.
